Cal Roig is an independent country house ideal for families with children, surrounded by nature and with spectacular views. The imposing presence of Pedraforca and the Cadí-Moixeró Natural Park is the setting for this quiet and peaceful place, where you will be able to enjoy a well-equipped and comfortable house, with friends or family.

THIS IS THE HOUSE

The house is distributed as follows:

FLOOR 1
There is a large living room with TV, a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and boiler, and also a small toilet. This floor gives direct access to the garden and recreation area.

FLOOR 2
It is distributed in the hall, since the main entrance is on this level. There is an open kitchen, a dining room withc a fireplace, a double room, another double with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower and a large porch and balcony. In the dining room there are steps leading to the top floor.

FLOOR 3
Rest area that has two double bedrooms, a third for 4 people with 2 bunk beds in it and a bathroom with shower.

All rooms are exterior facing Pedraforca and/or the garden. Its distribution allows us to have different areas for various activities without disturbing each other, and room sizes are very generous.

EXTERIOR OF THE HOUSE WITH ALL THE ACCESSORIES

Cal Roig has 5,500 meters of terrace quadrants with swimming pool, barbecue, soccer/basketball field, a trampoline, ping-pong table, a sandpit, a wooden booth for the little ones where there is a ball pool among others games.
Covered parking.

The house is equipped with bed linen and towels; The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for a large family.
In one of the double rooms there is a changing table for babies and we also have three cots to leave you if necessary, as well as high chairs and hammocks.

It has five bedrooms, three of them with double beds and with space to place a cot.

We have a kitchen equipped with everything you need to spend a few days without having to bring anything from home.

There are three bathrooms. Two of them have a shower and all have towels, a hairdryer and a baby bath.

The house has six parking places.

The little ones

In the house there are three cribs, bathtubs, baby beds, high chairs, changing facilities, potties...

Outdoors

There are 5,500 square meters of fenced land where you can make all kinds of activities.

Cal Trapella

Cal Trapella is a wooden house equipped with toys, tools, books and a ball pit!

Swimming Pool

We have, during the summer months, an outdoor swimming pool integrated into the environment.
